Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

At our store, we want to make sure you receive your items as quickly and reliably as possible. To achieve that goal, we have established the following shipping policy:

Processing Time:

All of the orders are shipped out of North Carolina, USA. The current processing time on all orders is 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday). This is the time it takes for your order to be made and packaged from the time of order, not the shipping time.

Shipping Times:

Shipping rates and shipping times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard economy shipping on all orders over $60.00 within the continental United States.

All orders are processed within 5-7  business days. This means from the day you place your order I have 5-7 business days to make and package your order, THEN it will be shipped.

We try our best to meet these shipping estimates, but they cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the carrier office we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

Preorders and backorders are ESTIMATED to ship in approximately 4-6 weeks after preorder deadline!

Notice: Please keep in mind that during the holidays and new product launches, processing times may be extended and shipping may be delayed to the high volume of orders. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Please allow some extra time for your package to arrive beyond the estimated date of arrival. Keep in mind that shipping estimates do not always take into account unforeseen delays caused by the postal services or other delays, with that being said please check your mailbox 5-7 after the estimated arrival date if you have not received your item(s). If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

International Orders:

At this time, we currently only ship internationally to the following regions:

Australia
Canada
New Zealand
United Kingdom

Though not all of our products will not be available everywhere internationally, you can still purchase a majority of our journals internationally through our Amazon Shop. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are interested and we're currently not shipping to you, please send an email to hello@gygbrand.com. If we find there is increased interest for a particular destination we will add you to the list for when more international destinations are added in the future. 

Shipping times for flat rate international shipping are estimated to be between 1- 4 weeks. Faster shipping times are also available at checkout for a higher fee. Give Yourself Grace and The Lived Verse, LLC are not responsible for delays due to customs.

International orders may be subject to customs processing + customs fees. We're unable to expedite a package held in customs. Processing times vary by country. Per the Terms of Service, by placing an order, the customer agrees to pay customs fees without reimbursement. Fees vary by country.

Customs and Import Taxes

Give Yourself Grace and The Lived Verse, LLC is not responsible for any customs charges that may be presented on international parcels. If you are purchasing from outside of the United States, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Lost, Late, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is out of my control. We (Give Yourself Grace and The Lived Verse, LLC) are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays that might be affected by, but not limited to customs, transportation strikes, delays from international mail carriers and natural disasters.

If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays, missing, or stolen packages you will need to contact the mail carrier to file a claim so that they can best serve you.
