Due to the nature of being a small business we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold on our store. By making a purchase, you agree to this no refund policy:

Please note: All apparel are individually handcrafted in-house & made to order. There is potential for slight differences among orders. Not any two are the exact same as they are individually made to order and not printed in bulk.

Digital Products Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital products (including gift cards), you will receive permanent, instant access to the file once purchased, therefore no refunds or cancellations can be offered. However if you run into any issues, feel free to contact us at hello@gygbrand.com and we'd be happy to help. The items for sale are for personal use only, and may not be resold, remade, copied, redistributed or used for commercial purposes.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order once the payment has been made. Please reach out for questions prior to purchasing.
